Earlier this year, Paradise SE11 achieved Practical Completion!
This project landed on our desks as a result of a recommendation by Quartz Project Services, who we’ve worked with successfully on several projects.
We were brought in as Technical Advisor, delivering an independent, end-to-end review of the project. Mario Ferreira, Senior Engineer, developed a dedicated model capturing the substructure, timber superstructure, and façade connection details. This became a powerful tool for supporting the design engineers on buildability while enabling tight coordination with contractors across both temporary and permanent works.
We carried out a full review of the structural package, proposed design refinements, and issued an independent structural certificate confirming the load capacity and stability of the building.
