The construction will be reinforced concrete frame, loadbearing masonry, with precast planks. In total there will be about 25 residential units, with disability access at ground level.

We are designing Sustainable Drainage Systems on this highly restricted site using solutions such as permeable paving and attenuation tanks to mitigate surface water runoff. Permeable paving allows water to filter through the surface and into the wider surface water system, reducing runoff and the risk of flooding. Meanwhile, attenuation tanks collect and store the surface water, gradually releasing it into the drainage system and therefore minimising the discharge rate.

These techniques ensure the impact of surface water discharge is significantly reduced and contributes to a more sustainable development.
