Set over three storeys in a Y shape, the house has a large spanning steel frame which removes the need for internal columns allowing for uninterrupted views out onto the listed 24 acre estate. A basement has been created under the full footprint of the building to cater for an impressive car collection, gym space, and dance studio.

The structural design was fully optimised with 3D modelling and drawing to create a light and efficient structure, and aid coordination with the architecture.

Many protected and ancient trees are located within close proximity and requiring close coordination with arboriculturists and landscape architects, particularly with regards to our SuDS and soakaway drainage design. A natural swimming pond within the grounds encourages biodiversity.
We developed a bespoke hard landscaping scheme combining high quality materials with permeable grout and bedding products to create a porous and sustainable design while maintaining a high quality aesthetic.
