Eden House Progress Update

Four years to get Eden House through planning due to the strict regulations within Ascot’s Green Belt. The project is now entering a new phase: ensuring watertightness while starting internal fit-out elements.

Once complete, the 1,400 sq m building will provide a high-end private home with basement space to house a car showroom, cinema, gym, and a car lift.

The use of 110 solar panels, two ground source heat pumps, and a high performance energy strategy will reduce its operational embodied carbon.

The aim is to achieve full watertightness by August this year to allow for the internal fit-out to complete in 2027.
